Q.Why do I have to reserve ? Can’t I just hail you down in the street like a taxi ?
A.French transport law states that all of the clients in each of our vehicles must have a pre-booked reservation.
Q. When are Paris Airport Shuttle phone lines operating ?
A. Paris Airport Shuttle office is open from 7am to 8pm
Q. Are Paris Airport Shuttle shuttles non smoking? Air conditionned? How many do they seat ?
A. All shuttle are non smoking and air conditioned. They have both 8 seater vans and 14 seater vehicles.
Q. How do I call from the Airport ?
A. You can call from any public phone at the airport , no cards or coins required, by dialing the toll free number. (this toll free number will be written on your confirmation /voucher)
Q. Why do I have to call a toll free number before luggage if I reserved before?
A. It is best to call the toll free number before claiming luggage so that we can decrease your waiting time at the airport.
Q. Do I need a phone card or Euro coins?
A.No cards or coins required.
Q. How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?
A. Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before transfer with no charge.
Q. What's up if my arriving flight is delayed ?
A.We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of the carrier. After this time we will try our hardest possible to transfer you, but we cannot undertake any responsibility if this is not possible.
Q. At which terminal will the driver drop me off ?
A.The driver drops you off at the correct terminal of the airline that you are flying with.
Q. Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before ?
A.You must confirm your departure 24 hours in advance to make sure that all information concerning flight times , airport and pick-up address are correct.
Q. Do you provide car seats for children under 3 ?
A.We do not provide car seats. Children under 3 must sit on their parents lap.
Q. How much should I tip the driver?
A.Tips are at the discretion of the passenger and according to the service they received.
Q.What color are your vans?
A. Our vans are silver or grey and have Paris Airport Shuttle marked on the front , back & side .
Q.How long will it take to get to my hotel?
Your estimated times of transport from CDG/Roissy airport (based on post/zip code):
60 Minutes: 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th arrondissement
75 Minutes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 12nd
90 Minutes: 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th arrondissement
Please note that in case you need to cancel your reservation you must let us know 48 hours prior to your date of arrival or departure.
