Yes, all vehicles are non-smoking, fully air-conditioned, and can accommodate either 8 or 14 passengers.

Yes. Please call us after landing, before collecting your luggage, using the toll-free number on your voucher. This minimizes wait times.

Do I need coins or a phone card to make that call?

No. Our contact number is toll-free—you won’t need coins or a calling card.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, free changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your transfer.

What if my flight is delayed?

We allow for up to one hour of waiting time after your scheduled arrival. If you’re delayed beyond that, we’ll do our best but service cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need to reconfirm before departure?

Yes. Please reconfirm your pickup time and location 24 hours prior to ensure accuracy.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive your voucher via email or fax within 24 hours of booking.

Is tipping required?

No. Tipping is optional and based on your satisfaction with the service.
