What is the difference between Standard, Comfort, Executive and Luxury sedans?

The Standard Sedan is the most economical option. The Comfort Sedan offers a newer, more spacious vehicle. The Executive Sedan (Mercedes E-Class or similar) is designed for business travel, and the Luxury Sedan (Mercedes S-Class or similar) provides a first-class experience with a premium vehicle.

Which vehicle is best for a family or a group of 4 to 8 people?

For 4 to 8 passengers, book a Deluxe Minivan or a Luxury Minivan. Both carry up to 8 passengers and 8 suitcases in a single vehicle, which is cheaper and more convenient than booking two sedans. Child seats and boosters are available free of charge on request.

Do you provide child seats and booster seats?

Yes. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are provided free of charge. Simply indicate the number and age of your children when booking so the correct seats are fitted before pickup.

Airport Pickup Procedures — Questions & Answers

What is the pickup procedure at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)?

After landing at CDG, call the toll-free number on your voucher before collecting your luggage. Your driver then meets you at the arrivals exit of your terminal (Terminal 1, 2 or 3) holding a sign with your name. The exact meeting point for your terminal is indicated on your booking voucher.

Where does the driver meet me at Orly Airport?

At Orly Airport, your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall of your terminal (Orly 1, 2, 3 or 4), just after the baggage claim exit, holding a name sign. Call the toll-free number on your voucher after landing so the driver is ready when you exit.

How does pickup work at Beauvais Airport (BVA)?

Beauvais Airport is located about 85 km north of Paris. After landing, call the toll-free number on your voucher; your driver meets you at the arrivals exit of the terminal with a name sign. The transfer to central Paris takes approximately 75 to 90 minutes.

Do you track my flight if it is delayed?

Yes. We monitor your flight number in real time and adjust the pickup time automatically if your flight is early or delayed, at no extra charge. You also benefit from up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after the scheduled landing.

How much free waiting time is included at the airport?

Up to 60 minutes of waiting time after your scheduled arrival is included free of charge. If you are delayed beyond one hour, we do our best to accommodate you, but service cannot be guaranteed without prior notice.

What should I do if I cannot find my driver at the airport?

Stay at the arrivals exit and call the phone number shown on your booking voucher. Our team will locate your driver and guide you to the meeting point. Do not leave the terminal before contacting us.
