Do I need coins or a phone card to make that call?

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, free changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your transfer.

What if my flight is delayed?

We allow for up to one hour of waiting time after your scheduled arrival. If you’re delayed beyond that, we’ll do our best but service cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need to reconfirm before departure?

Yes. Please reconfirm your pickup time and location 24 hours prior to ensure accuracy.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive your voucher via email or fax within 24 hours of booking.

Is tipping required?
